Text Message Reminders
Movie Night Club is a personal, invite-only site used by one host to organize movie-night get-togethers with friends and family. This page explains how text message (SMS) reminders work and how you control whether you get them.
What you'll get
If you're invited to a get-together, the host may send you a text with the party details, a link to RSVP, or a reminder as the date gets close. Message frequency depends on how many parties are happening -- typically a handful of texts a month, only around scheduled events. Message and data rates may apply.
How opt-in works
There's no public sign-up for texts. The easiest way to opt in is right on your own RSVP page -- every invite link has a "Text message reminders" section near the bottom where you can add your own phone number and confirm you want to receive texts, or remove it at any time. You can also just tell the host whether or not you want your number used for texting -- in person, by phone, by email, or by replying to any message you receive from us -- and they'll update it for you.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to be removed from future texts immediately. Reply HELP for help. You can also remove your number yourself from your RSVP page's "Text message reminders" section, or tell the host directly.
