Movie Night Club is a personal, invite-only site one host runs to organize movie-night get-togethers with friends and family. By using an RSVP link sent to you, you agree to the following.
What this is
The site lets the host create parties, invite guests, and collect RSVPs and potluck signups. It's a hobby project built and run by one person for a private group -- not a business, and not a service offered to the general public.
Who can use it
Access is by invitation only. Each RSVP link is meant for the specific guest it was sent to.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is," with no guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Don't rely on it as the sole way to confirm party details -- if something looks wrong (a missing RSVP, a wrong date), reach out to the host directly.
Limitation of liability
The host isn't liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from use of the site, including missed messages, delayed reminders, or data-entry mistakes.
Changes
These terms may change as the site evolves. The current version is always the one posted at this address.
